During my Marketing Internship at Ocean Atlantic Rentals, I contributed to revitalizing the company’s digital presence and strengthening its brand identity through innovative strategies and creative content.
I launched and managed a TikTok account that achieved an average of 721 views within the first two weeks, demonstrating the potential of new platforms for audience engagement. Collaborating with the owner and head of marketing in weekly strategy meetings, I developed and executed content plans aligned with the company's family-oriented, community-driven brand message.
My contributions extended to the company website, where I created new pages, graphics, and animations, and uploaded detailed visuals of rental equipment to improve the customer experience. I also rebranded the blog page, writing articles on topics such as Outer Banks golf carts and biking paths to engage the local audience.
Through this internship, I gained hands-on experience in Google Analytics, SEO, competitor analysis, and email marketing. I crafted a weekly marketing calendar, captured targeted content, and branded materials to reflect the company’s values. This opportunity allowed me to refine my skills in digital marketing, analytics, and creative content creation while making a tangible impact on the company's online growth.
